Ladies Breakaway 2010 is just around the corner and we can’t wait until we are all together having fun and experiencing God in our lives. I have been announcing across the state that we will only have one conference this year. So you will want to have your list and your money for registration ready to mail on the 15th of July.

Registration will begin at 10:00 a.m. for those who would like to come earlier, however lunch will be on your own.

Our speakers this year are Beverly and Bethany Bilbo—a mother and daughter team—you will thoroughly enjoy their anointed ministry.

Beverly Bilbo is an anointed preacher/teacher and sought after conference speaker. She has had the privilege to minister at several conferences throughout the country, including being a featured speaker at the Brownsville Revival's Pastor's and Women's Conferences, as well as ministering in conferences with Suzanne Hinn, Debra Morton, Paula White, Juanita Bynum, Darlene Bishop and many other prominent women of God.

Beverly’s ministry reaches out to those who are hurting. Through her tremendous gifting to teach the Word, she exposes the works of darkness. Being in ministry all of her life, the Lord has taught her through the Word and personal experience how to be an overcomer. God has truly prepared her for such a time as this.

Bethany Bilbo is an ordained minister of the Gospel and is the twenty-thee year old daughter of Pastors Garland and Beverly Bilbo. She is a gifted and anointed singer, as well as a preacher of the gospel. In February of 2003, Bethany’s first solo album was released.

God has opened many doors for her in the music realm. She has been a featured solo artist on many different albums and productions. Bethany has had the privilege of traveling with Kim Clement Ministries, singing on their worship team. It is Bethany’s desire as a worshipper, to lead people into the presence of God, bringing them into the holy place where they can experience His glory as He destroys every yoke of bondage upon their lives.

We will have some new and exciting things this year. One thing is the Ladies from Sumiton First will bring their quilts and also have exhibit room to show all the beautiful quilts and set up their equipment and we will see first hand how the ladies make their quilts. This is how they make their money for missions.

We will be able experience the Tabernacle the Altar of Sacrifice, the Laver and the Altar of Incense and the Menorah and the Table of Shewbread and then pass through the Veil to the Ark of Covenant. Creola Assembly will make this possible for us. There will be a teacher as we learn about the Tabernacle.

We will also have our workshops back by popular demand. We had such excitement from last year’s workshops until we are going to do it again. Their will be new ones and some repeats. There will be one on fundraising for your group and missions.

We will add a Saturday morning meeting. This meeting will start at 9:00 am and will end at 10: 00 no later than 10:15. I know that this is different but you will not want to miss this exciting meeting. The decorations on the stage will change and we will have a life changing message. So prepare for this event.

We will also have the Breakfast for Ministers and Minister’s wives at 8AM, in the special room in the café.

New this year will be the softball teams for the ladies that are young at heart and our younger ladies. We hope to have 3 teams and we will see who the winner of the camp is. So bring your equipment if you are going to play.

This year we are asking for help. If you register a large group and as we near the “getaway” and you have cancellations we’re asking you call us and let us know it will help us fill all the beds since there is only one retreat we will have a waiting list. So if your ladies begin to cancel remember, call us so we can allow those on the waiting list attend. Thank you for helping us with this. Also, let us know if you Pastor’s wife is coming and give us her name.

We need to update our records so please fill out the form in this packet so we can update our records and keep in touch with all of you. Return the form with your information.

A lot of our reps will be there and we are planning on having a time for the leaders to meet with your reps.

We are still accepting gift cards for our missionaries, you can still bring them to retreat.

It is a blessing to serve you in this position and we are here for you and your ladies. Traci, my administrative assistant, is available to assist you or answer any questions you may have.
